I can tailor a session to fit your needs. I can help you to navigate the aisles of the grocery store or I can bring the groceries to your kitchen. Together, we will prepare and cook a healthy, simple, delicious meal that you will be proud to serve.

What you’ll get:

  • Recipe consultation/ meal planning ideas
  • Groceries to fit your dietary needs and taste buds. (Help navigating the aisles of the market OR groceries delivered to your kitchen)
  • 60-90 minutes of one-on-one Coached Cooking Experience
  • Complete meal ready-to-serve to the guests of your choice
  • Recipe copies to keep and perfect!
 

Small Group

Invite some friends over, open up a bottle of wine and learn to cook a delicious meal together! A great way to entertain for brunch or on a Saturday night. Education and entertaining? What a great way to spend a few hours with others.

What you’ll get:

  • Recipe consultation/ meal planning ideas
  • Personal tailored grocery shopping list made for you OR delivered to your kitchen
  • 60-90 minutes of cooking
  • Participants will be assigned specific dishes and guided all the way through from the preparation stage to the serving stage
  • Complete meal ready for the participants to share and enjoy together
  • Recipe copies for everyone, and possibly even carry out bags!
 

Family Session

Sign up for a Sunday night with your family! Learn to prep, cook and enjoy a meal together. This can be a great one time experience or make it a monthly ritual.

What you’ll get:

  • All of the details and fun of a Small Group session (see above), plus:
  • Dinner conversation starters, tips for families to spend quality time together. (No cell phones at the table!)
  • Recipe copies will be given along with a personalized family cookbook portfolio to grow and cherish
 

Corporate Events

A fun way to bring colleagues together! Culinary Art Therapy is a unique way to get your group to improve communication, increase team building, boost problem solving skills and have fun!

What you’ll get:

  • Pre-event consultation to include meal planning, as well as discussion for group goals and desired outcomes
  • Groceries provided. No kitchen necessary. (Does your workplace not have a kitchen? No problem! As long as you have a space for the group, it works!)
  • 2 hour program that consists of an introduction/ framing of the event, actual cooking time in small groups, a guided discussion, and, of course, time to eat and relax as a team
  • Cooking coaching, as well as facilitated discussions
  • Recipes to take home
